Risk Management for Security Leaders
Risk Management for Security Leaders

In 2025, The Clarity Factory will launch a new initiative to produce risk management tools and benchmarking resources for corporate security leaders. As the global business operating environment becomes more volatile, geopolitics impacts supply chains and operations, and boards are more focused on security risks for themselves and the company at large, risk management is a non-negotiable skillset for security professionals.

The initiative will result in a risk management best practices toolkit tailored for corporate security leaders, giving them the knowledge to effectively integrate into their organisation's risk management framework.

Partners will additionally benefit from a bespoke and private benchmarking exercise to help them drive further improvement in their own approaches, and they will join the initiative's Advisory Council to guide and steer the work.

The Clarity Factory is confirming partners for this initiative. If you would like more information about the work, how to get involved, and the benefits of partnership, get in touch.
